HOTEL BOOKING CONDITIONS Hotel bookings via the Organising Secretariat can be settled either by credit card or bank transfer. Each reservation will be processed ONLY if accompanied by credit card details which are requested as booking guarantee. Credit card details are also mandatory when paying by bank transfer. Payments by bank transfer are accepted until 1st February, after this date only payments by credit card are allowed. Make sure to book your room as soon as possible to benefit from the special rates for Lupus Congress 2026. Benefits are only applicable for Congress participants. The main nights booked at the hotels are the 3th to 7th March 2026. All bookings that include pre and post nights are pending hotel confirmation. Guarantee/payment of hotel reservation Bookings are subject to availability and payments can be done by credit card and bank transfer. All rates are quoted in Euros, per room, per night and include VAT and Breakfast. To guarantee your reservation a total deposit is required. Please note that your credit card will directly be charged at the moment of transaction. For bank transfer payments credit cards will only be charged in case of penalties. For bank transfers, proof of payment should be received until 48hours after booking. The Tourist Taxes must be paid at check-in at the respective hotel. Cancellation Policy Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International (lupus2026.hotel@aimgroup.eu).
