4. Payment and Cancellation Terms 4.1. Accompanying Program I. Payment for the accompanying program must be made in advance to the account specified by the organizer: Beneficiary: AIM Group Prague s.r.o. Beneficiary Address: Panská 7/890, Praha 1, 110 00, Česká republika. Bank Details: AIM ČR, a.s: UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s., Želetavská 1525/1, 14092 Praha 4 - Michle. Account Number: 1387280733/2700 IBAN: CZ7927000000001387280733 SWIFT/BIC: BACXCZPP II. The following cancellation conditions apply to already submitted orders for the accompanying program: a. Until August 19, 2026 – a cancellation fee of 60% of the total fee applies b. From August 20, 2026 – a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee applies III. Cancellation of the accompanying program must be submitted to the organizer at the following contact email: ccp2026.reg@aimgroup.eu IV. The date of cancellation is considered the date the cancellation notice is received by the organizer. V. The organizer does not refund unused registration fees. 4.2. Other I. In case of a no-show at the social program, the full fee will be charged. II. A replacement fee of 4 € will be charged for lost name badges.

I. payment by credit card ‐ please remember to complete your registration at once including payment. All online payments are processed through a secure GP webpay connection.
IMPORTANT: If your credit card provider redirects you to another website, do not close the website and wait until you are redirected back again to successfully complete the registration process.

II. payment by bank transfer ‐ If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact our REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT, who will be happy to help you. Always include the full name of the participant and the invoice number in the payment information. Payment by bank transfer is possible until 3 September 2026. After this date, all payments can only be made by credit/debit card. The conference bank account is in Euros, please make your bank transfer in this currency to avoid additional bank charges.

An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered valid until it is paid in full.

Upon completion of the online registration form, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration, along with a final invoice.
If paying by bank transfer, you will be sent a confirmation of payment when the amount is credited to the organizer's account.

IMPORTANT: If you are redirected to a different website by your credit card provider please do not close it and wait to be redirected here again in order to successfully complete the registration process.
