Media Consent

Please complete this form to give consent for us to use provided media and other personal data to then be stored and used. This form covers consent for use of the below for internal and external communications and storage of the data within this form. 
All data gathered (images, film, comments, personal info related to this form), will be stored by BBMRI-ERIC for Europe Biobank Week 13-16 May 2025 in Bologna, Italy. Your data will be processed exclusively based on the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Austrian Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz, hereafter DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act (Telecommunications Act 2003, TKG 2003). The data may be shared with third party organisations in order to fulfil the communication work necessary, e.g., providing images to design/print agencies.
