• Opening Reception on August 21, in Arkadenhof @University of Vienna

Ticket prices are including 20% VAT.

For cancellation requests received by July 3, 2023 (inclusive), the registration fee minus an administrative charge of EUR 35,00 will be refunded after the conference.

The Conference Dinner is taking place on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 7pm.
What to expect: 
The traditional Viennese Heuriger Fuhrgassl-Huber is one of the best-known wine taverns in Neustift am Walde, located right on the outskirts of Vienna. The tavern is located amidst the vineyards of Vienna’s 19th district, transporting you from the hustle-and-bustle of a busy conference to a much quieter village setting. Enjoy a typical Viennese Heurigen buffet accompanied by a glass of grape juice or wine. We are very much looking forward to a pleasant evening with you!

Please note that tickets must be purchased in advance. Onsite booking is not possible.

Booking a hotel room is possible after completing your registration via the booking platform. For this purpose, you will also receive a booking link in your confirmation email.
