Registration Ticket
Registration ticket includes:
  • Admission to scientific sessions and workshops
  • Profile and access to the event app
  • Certificate to proof your attendance
  • Reception on Wednesday, 20 March
  • Lunch and tea/coffee on conference days
The registration ticket does not cover insurance or accommodation. The organisers recommend travel insurance. Day tickets are only valid for the respective day.

Free registration:
Please note that euRobotics members (except for Associate Members) are eligible to a certain number of free tickets depending on their membership fee level. For euRobotics members, a code was sent to the primary contact person of their organisation. euRobotics members have to enter the received code after choosing the respective registration ticket.

Member (reduced rate):
Standard registration for participants whose organisation is a member of euRobotics (without code).

Student & Award Nominee:
Student(s) are eligible for a reduced rate, to be arranged upon presenting a valid student enrolment proof (please send an email to erf2019.registration@aimgroup.eu). Nominees for all Awards (PhD, TechTransfer, Entrepreneurship and European Robotics League) can apply for this rate as well.

Please note that sponsors and exhibitors are eligible to a certain number of free tickets depending on their sponsorship level. A code was sent to the contact person of their organisation. Sponsors/Exhibitors have to enter the received code after choosing the respective registration ticket.
