ACCOMMODATION

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing to the PCO Partner and will be subject to the following conditions:

• From 08^th September 2025 onwards: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
• No-shows or early departures: 100% of the stay will be charged.

Special Conditions

• Force majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond human control (e.g., natural disasters, terrorist attacks, pandemics, border closures), postponement will be free of charge, and deposited amounts may be used for future events within 2 years.
• Additional bookings after 30 days before the event will be subject to availability.
• Any modifications or cancellations must be requested in writing to the PCO Partner (iccaporto2025@aimgroup.eu)

These terms have been structured based on the conditions provided by partner hotels and may be subject to adjustments according to individual negotiations with each establishment.
