When processing your bank transfer make sure you include the following information:
- IPIC2025
- Name and Surname of participant
Payments by bank transfer are available until October 1st, 2025.
Bank transfers should be processed up to 48 hours after registration is submitted.
All bank charges shall be paid by the participant.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.
An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged at the on-site rate.
A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the meeting account in time.
Unexpected Cancellation of the Event:
In the unlikely case that the Congress cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of any government, war, pandemics, terrorism etc. the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damages, costs or losses incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
The Organization encourages participants to take out their own insurance for the duration of their stay.
