The conference social evening will take place on 25 May at the Břevnov Monastery from 20:00

To enter the social evening, please present your conference badge with the QR code.

Venue: Břevnov Monastery

Shuttle buses to Břevnov Monastery will depart from the Clarion Hotel at 19:00. Return buses will leave the monastery at 22:00 and 23:00. If you prefer not to wait for the bus, you can use public transport. The best route is metro line B to Palmovka and then tram no. 25 (direction Bílá hora) to the stop Břevnovský klášter.

Admission to the social evening is included in the conference registration fee. An extra ticket for an accompanying person can be purchased separately. In that case, please contact us at ps2026@aimgroup.eu.

If you would like to attend the social evening without registering for the conference, please contact us via the email above.

Please note that stiletto heels are not permitted in the representative areas of the Břevnov Monastery.

EXCURSIONS

As part of the Underground Construction Prague 2026 conference, we have prepared the technical excursions, which are included in the registration fee and will take place on May 27, 2026.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Registration and cancellation conditions 1. The registration fee must be paid in advance to the account specified by the organizer. Recipient: AIM Group Prague s.r.o. Account number: 1387280741 /2700 IBAN: CZ5727000000001387280741 SWIFT/BIC: BACXCZPP 2. Registration 1. The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of an already completed registration: • Until March 31, 2026: No cancellation fee; a handling charge of EUR 20 applies. • From April 1 to April 30, 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. • From May 1, 2026 onwards: No refunds will be issued. 2. Cancellations of participation orders must be sent to the organizer at the following contact address: PS2026.reg@aimgroup.eu 3. The cancellation date is defined as the day on which the organizer receives the cancellation of the order. Other • In case of no-show at the congress, the full registration fee will be charged. • A replacement fee of €6 will be charged for lost name badges. • Name changes (accepted until 30 April 2026 at the latest) will be subject to a €10 fee. • The final invoice will be issued based on the information provided during registration. Changes to this information (e.g. address, VAT ID, etc.) are possible only within 3 days of registration and will be subject to a €10 fee. • In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, AIM Group Prague reserves the right to charge a handling fee of €7.

PAYMENT

I. credit card payment ‐ please make sure to complete the entire registration process, including payment, in one go. All online payments are processed via a secure Stripe payment gateway.
IMPORTANT: If your credit card provider redirects you to a different website, do not close the window. Please wait until you are redirected back to successfully complete your registration.

II. bank transfer ‐ always include the full name of the participant and use the last 3 digits of the invoice number as the payment reference.
Payment by bank transfer is possible until 10 May 2026. After this date, all payments must be made by credit/debit card only.

Registrations that are unpaid or only partially paid will not be considered valid until full payment has been received.

Once you complete the online registration form, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration together with the final invoice.
If paying by bank transfer, a payment confirmation will be sent to you once the amount has been received by the organizer.
